Custom orders and questions
Message a shop from any listing, its shop page or your order.
Use Message on a listing or shop page to ask a question. To ask for something made to order — a colour, a size, a motif — choose custom order request; shops that take them say so on their page.
The shop replies in your Messages. Shops show how quickly they usually answer, measured from their real replies.
