How buying and selling on hyp.lt is kept safe, and what to do if something goes wrong.

• Pay only through checkout

  Payment goes through our payment partner; hyp.lt never sees your card or UPI PIN. A shop that asks you to pay any other way is breaking the rules — and outside checkout you lose the protection of a case.

• Shops are paid after delivery

  A shop's money is held until 7 days after your order is delivered, so there's time to sort out a problem before anyone is paid.

• Cases, and hyp.lt when needed

  Open a case from any order. Most are settled with the shop; if not, after two days you can ask hyp.lt to read both sides and decide on a refund.

• Shops are checked before they're paid

  Every shop's PAN and bank details are checked by the hyp.lt team before its first deposit.

• Reviews come from real orders

  Only people who bought an item can review it. Ratings and badges are counted from real orders and reviews, and shown only when there's something to count.

• Report what breaks the rules

  Every listing, shop, review and forum post has a Report link. The team reviews each report, and intellectual property notices are handled under our policy.
